TERMS OF SERVICE
◆ This is not first come first serve.◆ I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.◆ All commission prices are only for personal use only unless discussed otherwise. Please communicate with me if you intend to use the artwork for commercial use as it will incur a commercial fee (x2 - 5) the original price. This includes resale, redistribution, NFT use or reproduction for monetary purposes.◆ Use of the commissioned artwork with any kind of Artificial Intelligence image editor or similar software is strictly prohibited.◆ The client may never claim the work as theirs or repost the artwork without crediting me. I own all the rights to my work unless stated otherwise.◆ I retain the right to post your finished artwork in my gallery for any reason unless specifically requested not to. This will however incur an extra 50% privacy fee but an exception can be considered and discussed, especially for marketing purposes of commercial work.◆ Refund requests will only be accepted if the commission has not been started, no refunds otherwise. Paypal/Stripe fees will not be refunded.◆ If you file an unjust chargeback against me, your license to every artwork (character designs, any obtained licenses to use of my artwork) I have ever made for you will be retracted (non-refundable) and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork or design to new buyers.◆ If you do not pay your invoice within 48 hours, the commission request will be voided and your slot will be freed up for others unless discussed otherwise.◆ By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you've read and agreed to my terms of service.✦ If you have any questions, please contact me on Twitter or email me : [email protected]

DELIVERY
✦ Commissioned work may take from a week to 2 months, depending on my schedule and the complexity of the request. If I require longer deadline due to any reasons, I will communicate with you accordingly.✦ Rush commissions will incur an additional 40% on top of the quote. Deadlines longer than that must be provided at purchase.✦ 3 edits during sketching stage, and 1 minor revisions in the finishing stage are allowed. Subsequent revisions, or a major requests made after painting has started may incur an additional fee. Please provide references and communicate with me so I can fulfil your request more accurately!✦ You will receive a full resolution digital PNG file through google drive. No physical item will be delivered.

COMMISSION WORKFLOW
✦ I will review your form and reply with a quote via e-mail approximately within a week. After discussing about your commissions & receiving references, I will provide a quote. When you've agreed with the price, I will send you an invoice via Stripe/Paypal.✦ Once payment is made, I will start working on the commission and send a sketch to you at the earliest convenience depending on the waitlist and schedule.✦ This is when most of the reviewing & e-mail back and forth will happen. I will only proceed to the next stage when sketch, lineart and base colour has been approved by you.✦ After everything is finished, you will receive a drive link containing the PNG files and unwatermarked piece of the commission~! (ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ*:･ﾟ✦ If the artwork is used on your social media platforms : profile picture, banner , etc. Please include credits to my social media @evaneris on Twitter.
